摘要
目的了解医疗机构工作服细菌污染情况,评估增加清洗频次措施的干预效果。方法在内科、外科、门诊医技、重点部门共8个科室各抽10件医护人员工作服,于工作服穿后第1、3、5、7天对袖口、衣腹部、口袋处进行采样及细菌培养,根据检测结果和卫生标准,进行更换并进行院感知识培训。结果干预前医护人员工作服在穿后第1天和第3天的细菌超标率均为0%,第5天和第7天细菌超标率分别为42.5%、67.5%,四次采样之间不合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=535.674,P<0.001),随着穿工作服天数增加,细菌超标率有上升趋势(χ2趋势=481.329,P<0.001);干预后,医护人员工作服染菌量超标率均为0%。结论医护人员工作服染菌量随着穿着时间增加,细菌污染程度有增加趋势。医疗机构应根据风险等级管理的不同,制定合理的工作服更换清洗频率,以减少病原菌交叉污染和院内感染的发生。
Objective To understand the bacterial contamination of working clothes in medical institutions,and to evaluate the intervention effect by taking intervention measures.Methods A total of 10 medical staff uniforms were taken from 8 departments,including internal medicine department,surgery department,outpatient medical technology department and key departments.The cuffs,abdomen and pockets of clothes were sampled on the 1 st,3 rd,5 th and 7 th day after the replacement,and the bacterial were cultured.Results Before the both tervention,the bacterial exceeding rate of uniforms of medical staff on the 1 st and 3 rd day after wearing were both 0%.On the 5 th and 7 th day,the bacterial exceeding rate was 42.5%and 67.5%respectively.There was a significant difference in the unqualified rate among the four samples(χ~2=535.674,P<0.001).With the increase of uniform wearing days,the bacterial exceeding rate increased(χ■=481.329,P<0.001).After intervention,the bacterial exceeding rate in uniforms of the medical staff were both 0%.Conclusion As the wearing time increased and the workplace was different,the degree of bacterial contamination in the uniforms of medical staff had increased.Medical institutions should establish reasonable uniform replacement cleaning frequency according to different risk level management in order to reduce cross-contamination of pathogenic bacteria and nosocomial infection.
