摘要
国内标准中锚杆锚固体与地层界面抗拔力计算公式主要因为以下因素导致计算结果有时准确性较差:(1)采用了粘结应力及粘结强度均匀化原理,通常会产生较大理论误差;(2)标准中提供的锚固体与岩土体间的界面粘结强度值,过于强调岩土类别的作用、轻视了其它因素的影响,导致数据范围较窄,不太符合工程实际及岩土工程规律;(3)工程中不设置止浆塞等原因导致锚固段设计长度得不到落实,实际锚固长度通常不明确;(4)浆体与锚筋的粘结应力对粘结强度测试结果有一定影响;(5)锚固体截面形状不规则,锚杆试验时如果未发生锚固体拔出破坏,会加大粘结强度及抗拔力计算结果的变异性。
The calculation formula of ground/grout interface ultimate resistance of grout anchors provided in the domestic standard fails to offer accurate results due to the following factors:(1)The principle of homogenization of bond stress and bond strength is adopted,which leads to comparatively large theoretical deviation.(2)The interface bond strength value between anchors and ground surface provided in the standard overemphasizes the role of geotechnical category and ignores the influence of other factors,resulting in a narrow range of income data being considered,which is not accord with the actual engineering and geotechnical situations.(3)The fix anchor length designed at the first place can not often be achieved in the project because the constructors rarely use seal now,which results in an unclear fix anchor length.(4)The bond stress between cement paste and anchors has considerable influences on the results of bond strength test.(5)The irregular cross-section of anchors,the failure of pulling out anchors successfully during the test,would increases the variability of the calculation results of bond strength and ultimate ground/grout interface resistance of anchors.
