摘要
以绿色转型发展理论为基础,围绕城区型国家可持续发展实验区的建设目标,从"发展度"与"转型度"两个层面构建实验区绿色转型二维评价模型,采用均方差测权法,对2009年-2017年山东省7个城区型实验区绿色转型发展状况进行评价。结果显示:研究期内实验区绿色发展度水平总体呈现较好的发展态势,但实验区子系统发展度排名与综合发展度排名存在差异;实验区绿色转型度呈不规律的上下波动变化,且不同子系统转型度差异显著。针对各实验区转型发展的瓶颈问题,因地制宜的提出应对策略。
Based on the theory of green transformation and aiming for the construction goal of urban National Sustainable Development Experimental zone,this paper constructs an evaluation model of green transformation in experimental zones from the two levels of"development degree"and"transformation degree".It evaluates the development status of green transformation in seven urban experimental zones in Shandong Province from 2009 to 2017.The results show that the green development degree of the experimental area presents a good development trend,but there are differences in the sub-system ranking of the experimental area.The green transformation degree of the experimental area fluctuates irregularly from top to bottom,and the transformation degree of the subsystems is obviously different.According to the"development degree"and"transformation degree",it is divided into four types of green transformation in experimental areas.n view of the problems of each experimental area,the corresponding strategies are put forward according to local conditions.
