女体立裁人台手臂的研制方法

摘要 为解决目前市场上人台手臂尺寸不准、容易变形、活动不便等问题,采用正逆向混合建模技术和快速成型技术研制出一种活动式女体立裁人台手臂。使用三维扫描仪获取女体手臂点云数据,利用逆向工程软件构建手臂模型,采用正向建模软件设计肩关节连接件,依托快速成型技术实现手臂模型雕刻、关节模型打印、肩部连接件激光切割,通过主客观实验,对比分析了自制人台手臂与市场上现有产品的性能差异。结果表明,自制人台手臂既能保证尺寸的准确性,又能模拟人体手臂前后摆动和上下抬起动作,满足了袖身设计的活动性需求,可为人台生产企业提供技术参考。 In order to solve the current problems of arm mannequin in the market,such as non-standard size,easy deformation and inconvenient activities,this paper developed a movable female arm mannequin by using forward and reverse hybrid modeling technology and rapid prototyping technology.The study obtained point cloud data of female arm with 3 D scanner,established the arm model with reverse modeling software,and designed the shoulder joint connector with forward modeling software.Then the arm model engraving,joint model printing and shoulder connector laser cutting were realized by rapid prototyping technology.Through subjective and objective experiments,the performance differences between self-made arm mannequin and existing products in the market were compared and analyzed.It shows that the self-made arm mannequin not only ensures the accuracy of the size,but also can simulate the activities of the human arm swinging back and forth and lifting up and down,which meets the demand of mobility in sleeve design and provides technical reference for mannequin manufacturing enterprises.
