摘要
中小学教师参加信息技术能力提升培训后,在实际工作中往往不能很好将培训所学持续有效地应用于现实,导致培训迁移效果不理想。培训迁移理论认为受训教师的实际工作环境与培训迁移情况有紧密的联系。通过对参加信息技术能力提升培训的中小学教师的调查发现:工作环境中的领导管理决策、软硬件条件和学习应用氛围等因素影响教师信息技术能力培训有效迁移。应采取完善领导层管理决策方案、大力加强学校信息化软件资源建设、提高同事间的学习应用氛围等措施来促进培训迁移。
After primary and secondary school teachers participate in information technology ability impoved training,they often fail to effectively apply what they have learned in practice,which leads to unsatisfactory effect of training transfer.According to the theory of training transfer,the actual working environment of trained teachers is closely related to the situation of training transfer.Through the investigation of primary and secondary school teachers who participate in the training of it ability,it is found that the effective transfer of IT training is affected by the factors such as the leadership and management decision-making in the working environment,the conditions of software and hardware,and the learning and application atmosphere.We should take measures to promote the training transfer,such as improving the management decision-making scheme of the leadership,strengthening the construction of school information software resources,and improved the learning and application atmosphere among colleagues.
