摘要
网络信息技术飞速发展,社会信息化水平不断提升,加快了我国数字政府的建设,同时政府也鼓励支持数字信息化的基础设施建设与应用创新,智慧政务应运而生。建设发展智慧政务不仅是政府社会治理能力提升的体现,也是政务服务水平不断优化最直接的体现。但作为走在世界前列的探索数字化政府建设的国家,当前确实存在许多需要解决的问题。建设发展智慧政务是世界各国不同发展程度的国家政府都会关注的趋势,本文讨论了几点智慧政务未来的发展趋势,并提出了几条建设路径。
The rapid development of network information technology and the continuous improvement of social informatization have accelerated the construction of our country’s digital government.At the same time,the government also encourages the infrastructure construction and applied innovation that support digital informatization,and smart government affairs have emerged as the times require.The construction and development of smart government affairs is not only a manifestation of the improvement of the government’s social governance capabilities,but also the most direct manifestation of the continuous optimization of government affairs service levels.However,as a country that is at the forefront of the world exploring the construction of digitalized government,there are indeed many problems that need to be resolved.The construction and development of smart government affairs is a trend that governments of different levels of development all over the world will pay attention to.This article discusses several future development trends of smart government affairs and proposes several construction paths.
