摘要
某蒸汽产量70T/h的低压燃气锅炉,烟气中SO_(2)的浓度为90mg/Nm^(3),为满足环保要求,需将SO_(2)排放浓度降为20mg/Nm^(3)以下,故增设1套旋转喷雾干燥(SDA)脱硫装置。本文从系统组成、设备描述、主要设计要点、系统控制等方面对该脱硫系统设计进行描述。
A certain low-pressure gas boiler which produces steam 70 T/h discharges pollutants of SO_(2) in its gas flow,its concentration achieves 90 mg/Nm^(3) for meeting the environmental standards,we must reduce the concentration of SO_(2) emission,so we will put up a desulphurization equipment of spray drying absorption.In this paper,we describe the desulphurization system from the system composition,equipment description,design key points and system control etc.
