摘要
融媒体的飞速发展和信息化技术的进步,为档案工作转型带来挑战与机遇。档案资料产生速度翻倍增长,传统档案类型分布急剧变化。借助融媒体平台,在办公自动化系统的档案管理模块中,嵌入档案动态化收集的功能,能更加广泛、迅速地完成档案收集工作,为档案整理工作的科学性和提供利用服务的多样性奠定基础,达到提高效率的目的。
The rapid development of convergence media and the progress of information technology have brought challenges and opportunities for the transformation of archival work.The generation speed of archives has doubled,and the distribution of traditional archives has changed dramatically.With the help of convergence media platform,the function of dynamic collection of archives is embedded in the archives management module of office automation system,which can complete more widely and quickly the archives collection work,lay the foundation for the scientificity of archives arrangement and the diversity of utilization services,and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.
