摘要
随着大、智、移、云、区、物技术的快速发展,信息技术在企业管理中广泛应用并不断升级,传统财务管理模式已难以适应当代商业银行高效率、平台化的经营战略需要,变革势在必行。财务共享服务中心在此背景下应运而生,并得以在一些大型企业中应用。在"金税三期"、"电子发票"等政策影响下,以"共享经济"为理念的财税改革,促使越来越多的企业开始采用财务共享服务模式。目前,新型财务共享服务已成为财务管理模式的新趋势。本文借以G农商银行为参考案例,分析该银行财务共享构建情况;针对G农商银行建设财务共享服务中心中存在的问题提出优化建议与对策。
With the rapid development of big,intelligent,mobile,cloud,district and material technology,information technology is used widely and upgraded constantly in enterprise management.The traditional financial management mode has been difficult adapted to the needs of modern commercial banks’high efficiency and platform management strategy,so the reform is imperative.Under this background,financial shared service center came into being and has been applied in some large enterprises.Under the influence of"Golden Tax PhaseⅢ","electronic invoice"and other policies,the financial and tax reform with the concept of"sharing economy"has prompted more and more enterprises to adopt the financial shared service mode.At present,the new financial shared service has become a new trend of financial management mode.This paper takes G Rural Commercial Bank as a reference case to analyze the construction of financial sharing;In view of the problems existing in the construction of Financial Shared Center of G Rural Commercial Bank,this paper puts forward some optimized suggestions and countermeasures.
