摘要 在对418E/F型100kW PSM短波发射机射频系统通路进行测试和调整的基础上,分析了发射机残波辐射指标变差的故障原因,并提出了相应解决方案,为航空安全提供保障。测试结果表明,频率合成器和宽频带放大器等有源器件、谐波滤波器等无源器件以及射频接地电阻出现问题时,会引起电磁干扰,从而产生大量互调分量,使发射机输出频谱因残波辐射变大而干扰航空频段通讯。 On the basis of testing and adjusting the RF channel of 418 E/F 100 kW PSM short wave transmitter,the fault reason of spurious emission becoming worse is analyzed,and the corresponding solution to guarantee the aviation safety is put forward.The test results show that when the active components such as frequency synthesizer and wide-band amplifier,passive components such as harmonic filter and RF grounding resistance have problems,electromagnetic interference will be caused,and a large number of inter-modulation components will be generated,so that the output spectrum of transmitter will interfere with aviation frequency communication due to the increase of spurious emission.
