摘要
人类命运共同体的思想是中国外交理论的重要组成部分,也是习近平提出的解决全球问题的国际治理计划。人类命运共同体理念囊括政治、安全、经济、文化、生态等五大方面,其涵盖的核心内涵就是政治共同体、安全共同体、经济共同体、文化共同体、生态共同体。实现人类命运共同体理念在国际上的广泛传播需要推进"一带一路"建设,传播和合文化,推动建设新型国际关系,增强党对外工作的领导力。这一理念的传播能够拓展中国传统文化的发展空间,促进在世界树立科学社会主义伟大旗帜,为世界和平与发展提供精神动力。
The idea of a community with a shared future for mankind is an important part of China’s diplomatic theory,as well as an international governance plan proposed by XI Jin-ping to solve global problems.The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind encompasses five major aspects:politics,security,economy,culture,and ecology.The core connotations it covers are political community,security community,economic community,cultural community,and ecological community.To realize the widespread dissemination of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind in the international arena requires advancing the construction of the"Belt and Road",disseminating a culture of harmony,promoting the construction of new types of international relations,and enhancing the party’s leadership in external work.The dissemination of this concept can expand the development space of Chinese traditional culture,promote the establishment of the great banner of scientific socialism in the world,and provide spiritual motivation for world peace and development.
