摘要
本文以我国人口收缩最典型区域黑龙江省为研究对象,应用耦合协调度模型、地理探测器对2004—2018年间城市规模、产业集聚与综合效益协调发展进行了动态分析并探究驱动机制作用。结论如下:城市规模—产业集聚—综合效益耦合协调度呈波动下降趋势,但整体保持在失调状态水平内,城市间耦合协调度差异明显,表现为规模较大的城市耦合协调性相对较好、人口收缩比例高的城市失调现象严重的空间格局,体现出人口收缩与城市协调发展的负相关关系和区域首位中心城市协调发展的优势;人口、经济和基础设施是驱动城市规模—产业集聚—综合效益协调发展的主要动力。扭转城市发展失调并不断加重的局面已成为未来的重要任务,优化产业布局、扩大就业、稳定人口等措施是促进协调发展的重要举措。
This paper takes Heilongjiang Province,the most typical area of population shrinkage in my country,as the research object,and uses the coupled coordination degree model and geographic detector to dynamically analyze the coordinated development of urban scale,industrial agglomeration and comprehensive benefits from 2004 to2018,and explore the role of the driving mechanism.The conclusions are as follows:the coupling coordination degree of city scale-industrial agglomeration-comprehensive benefit shows a fluctuating downward trend,but the overall level remains in the imbalanced state,and the coupling coordination degree between cities differs significantly.The spatial pattern of cities with a high proportion of population shrinkage has a serious imbalance,which reflects the negative correlation between population shrinkage and the coordinated development of cities and the advantages of coordinated development of the first regional central city;population,economy and infrastructure are the driving forces of urban scale-industrial agglomeration-comprehensive The main driving force for the coordinated development of benefits.Reversing the imbalanced and aggravating situation of urban development has become an important task in the future.Measures such as optimizing industrial layout,expanding employment,and stabilizing population are important measures to promote coordinated development.
