摘要
转企改制背景下,杂志社作为传统知识密集型、人才密集型企业,人事改革对转企改制的顺利进行以及改企后杂志社的可持续发展起到至关重要的保障作用。本文以中华医学会杂志社转企改制实践为例,介绍在转企改制背景下杂志社由事业单位人事管理向企业人力资源管理转型的探索与实践,并对转型期的杂志社人事制度改革提出了思考和建议。
Under the background of restructuring enterprises,the publishing house is a traditional knowledge-intensive and talentintensive industry.Personnel reform plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuous transition of enterprise restructuring and sustainable development of the publishing house after the change in the enterprise.This article takes the practice of Chinese Medical Association Publishing House reform as an example,introduces the exploration and practice of the transition from the personnel management of the institution to the human resource management of the enterprise under the background of the restructuring of the enterprise.Thoughts and suggestions were put forward on the topic of publisher’s personnel system reformation in the transition period.
