摘要
为了提高功率等级和改善系统效率,降低磁件尺寸和缩小成本,便于电解电容选型和简化设计流程,意法半导体(ST)公司推出了单相两级和三级交错有源功率因数校正(APFC)用模拟和数字混合控制器以及相应的设计软件eDesignSuite。本文主要介绍单相两级交错APFC混合控制器STNRGPF12的工作原理和两级交错APFC设计方法,其中包括数字软上电原理和eDesignSuite使用情况,并给出了软上电部分仿真分析和文献中测试结果。
In order to improve the power level and system efficiency,reduce the size and cost of magnets,facilitate the selection of electrolytic capacitors and simplify the design process,ST has introduced a single-phase two-stage and three-stage staggered power factor correction(PFC)hybrid analog and digital controller and the corresponding design software eDesignSuite.This paper mainly introduces the working principle of STNRGPF12 single-phase two-stage staggered PFC hybrid controller and the design method of two-stage staggered PFC,including digital soft power-on principle and eDesign Suite usage method.The simulation for soft-power-up analysis and experimental results are given according to the references.
