摘要
微信小程序的逻辑架构介于微信公众号与手机应用程序之间,适用于中低频的服务场景,为博物馆探索和改进公众服务模式提供了一种新思路。目前,博物馆对微信小程序的应用方式可分为两类:一是提供专一性服务;二是提供集合性服务。在利用微信小程序这类新媒体技术手段为公众服务时,博物馆应始终明确观众在新媒体传播场景中的知识学习者角色,并从内容挖掘、用户数据采集、场景应用三个维度入手,更好地实现微信小程序的作用。此外,博物馆应逐步完善相关评估手段,以衡量新媒体技术的应用效果。
With the logic structure designed between the WeChat official account and mobile phone app,WeChat applet applies to the medium and low frequency service scenarios and provides a new approach for museums to improve their public service mode.There are so far two ways of WeChat applet application in museums:one is to provide specific services and the other is to provide collective services.When using new media technologies such as WeChat applet to serve the public,museums should always identify the role of viewers in such scenarios as knowledge acquirer.They should make full use of WeChat applet through content mining,user data collection and scenario applications.In addition,museums should gradually improve relevant assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of new media technologies.
