摘要
围绕统一规范海洋渔船标准船型评价方法,保障全国海洋渔船更新改造标准船型推进工作科学、有序进行,系统地开展了渔船标准船型评价方法的研究,重点围绕渔船船型参数遴选及标准船型技术参数分析研究。通过对全国调研采集的样本数据进行整理和分析确定了"评价方法"中各参数的合理范围和评价标准,建立评价方法的三层评价体系,包括第一级形式审查、第二级量化评分、第三级专家评分。相关技术成果的应用对全国海洋渔船更新改造标准船型推进工作将发挥重要的技术支撑作用。
In order to unify and standardize the evaluation methods of the standard ship forms of marine fishing vessels and ensure the scientific and orderly progress of the work of renewing and transforming the standard ship forms of marine fishing vessels throughout the country,the research on the evaluation methods of the standard ship forms of fishing vessels has been systematically carried out,the focus is on the selection of ship form parameters and the analysis of technical parameters of standard ship form.Through sorting out and analyzing the sample data collected by the national investigation,the reasonable range and evaluation standard of the parameters in the"evaluation method"are determined,and the three-level evaluation system of the evaluation method is established,this includes a first-level formal review,a second-level quantitative score,and a third-level expert score.The application of the relevant technical achievements will play an important role in technical support for the national marine fishing vessel upgrading and upgrading of the standard ship type.
