Research and Application of Fault Prediction Model for Wind Power Inverter based on Random Forest

摘要 文章介绍了风电变频器故障机理,研究了变频器故障检测模型,针对海上风电变流器系统可能出现的故障类型,包括电源开关短路、开关开路、传感器故障以及通讯故障等,提出了一种有效的适用于多种海上风机的变流器故障检测方法,通过运维平台的闭环验证,验证了该模型能够在线识别变流器系统运行中的异常状态并给出准确率较高的诊断结果和很好的预警效果。 The fault mechanism of the wind power converter is introduced,the fault detection model of the converter is studied,and an effective fault detection method of the marine converter is put forward which is suitable for a variety of fans according to the possible fault types of the marine wind power converter system,including the short circuit of the power switch,the open circuit of the switch,the sensor fault and the communication fault.The model is verified by the closed-loop verification of the operation and maintenance platform It can identify the abnormal state of the converter system on line and give a high accuracy diagnosis result and a good early warning effect.
