摘要
根据乏燃料运输的防幅射特点,分析船舶货舱的通风系统设计要求,应用工程计算法,计算货舱的热量和所需空调系统的冷却负荷,为货舱空调系统设计提供依据。基于CFD的大空间气流组织模拟,研究货舱空调的送回风布置对冷却效果的影响。文章采取PLC空调自动控制系统,强调货舱温度的监测要点,提出改进乏燃料运输船货舱温控的节能措施。
Based on the characteristics of radiation protection of spent fuel transportation,the requirements of ventilation system design of cargo holds of ship are analyzed.The heat gained in cargo holds and the cooling loads demanded by air-condition system are calculated by engineering calculation method,which provide a basis for the air-condition system design of cargo holds.By simulating airflow organization in large space based on CFD,the influence of air supply and return arrangement on cooling effect is researched.PLC automatic temperature control system is adopted,the essentials of thermal monitoring of cargo holds are highlighted,and the energy saving measures to improve the temperature control of cargo holds of spent fuel transport ship are proposed.
