摘要
介绍超大型打桩船桩架系统的结构设计原理和主要的结构参数,并进行建模,对其工作的18种工况进行受力分析,最后利用有限元分析软件对其进行仿真分析。分析结果显示,桩架强度完全满足规范要求,并且变幅机构是安全的。研究对于超大型打桩船的新建工作具有实际的指导意义。
The paper introduces the structural design principles and main structural parameters of the pile frame system of the super-large pile-driving ship,and establishes the modeling.The force analysis of the 18 working conditions is done.Finally using the finite element analysis software,the simulation analysis is to carried out.The analysis results show that the pile frame strength fully meets the rule requirements,and the luffing mechanism is safe.The research has practical guiding significance for the new construction of super-large pile driving vessels.
