摘要
归纳了永磁电机径向力波的阶次、来源以及作用形式,基于谐波磁场分析方法对电机低阶径向力波阶数进行了计算,并通过选择合适的极槽配合方案抑制电磁噪声,最后通过改进多目标粒子群算法优化电机结构达到抑制转矩脉动的目的。
The order,source and action mode of the radial force wave of the permanent magnet motor are summarized.Based on the harmonic magnetic field analysis method,the order of the motor low-order radial force wave is calculated and the electromagnetic noise is limited by selecting appropriate pole-slot combination scheme.Finally,the torque ripple is suppressed by improving the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm to optimize the motor structure.
