摘要
文章以某海上风电场单桩基础为例,采用GLRWEAP软件对某机位单桩结构进行打桩分析;提取单桩结构横向焊缝处应力幅值,并统计各幅值对应出现频次;采用挪威船级社规范DNV-RP-C203开发相关计算程序,对桩体结构进行疲劳损伤分析。分析结果表明:海上打桩作业对风机基础影响明显,最大损伤值出现在泥面以下。海上风机基础设计中应对打桩疲劳强度予以重视。
Taking a mono-pile foundation as an example,software GLRWEAP is used to do pile driven analysis.The stress amplitude values and frequencies at weld of mono-pile structure are obtained.Based on DNV rules requirements DNV-RP-C203,the program for fatigue calculation is done to evaluate the fatigue damage during pile driven.The analysis results indicate that pile driven operation effect is obvious,and the critical position of fatigue damage is under sea bed.The fatigue damage caused by pile driven should be paid great attention in design of offshore wind turbine mono-pile foundation.
