摘要
轴承电腐蚀严重影响着海上风电机组发电机的可靠性和安全性,研究风电机组发电机轴承电腐蚀检测技术和对其成因进行分析对电腐蚀的预防有着重要意义。文章分析了轴承电腐蚀和轴电流产生的原因并根据其故障机理提出了发电机振动测量、轴电压测量、绝缘和接地电阻测量等多种手段相结合的测试方法。将检测方法在鼠笼式海上风电机组上进行应用,得到了良好的检测效果,并分析出了造成轴承电腐蚀的根本原因。
Bearing electrical corrosion seriously affects the reliability and safety of offshore wind turbine generators.It is of great significance to study the detection technology of bearing electrical corrosion of wind turbine generators and analyze its causes for the prevention of electrical corrosion.The causes of bearing electrical corrosion and shaft current are analyzed,and a testing method combining generator vibration measurement,shaft voltage measurement,insulation and grounding resistance measurement is proposed according to the fault mechanism.The above detection method is applied to the squirrel-cage offshore wind turbine,good detection results are obtained,and the fundamental causes of electrical corrosion of bearings are analyzed by using this method.
