摘要
土改后,乡村社会的资本主义自发势力暗流涌动,部分农民滋生了“发家致富”的资本主义思想,有农民将剩余粮食用于商业投机,大肆敛财。针对乡村社会出现的资本主义思想抬头的迹象,中国共产党通过回忆、对比和算细账等手段,加强对农民的社会主义教育,肃清资本主义毒瘤,防止资本主义势力的发展。另外,有部分农民加入合作社后,个人主义、利己主义思想严重,集体主义意识淡薄。鉴于此,中国共产党在农业合作化过程中加强对农民的集体主义教育,克服农民从旧社会带来的利己主义和小生产者的散漫性。农业合作化时期,还有社员和部分党员干部存在铺张浪费、贪多贪好、大吃大喝、滥行开支的现象。中国共产党通过对社干部和社员进行勤俭节约的教育,引导他们发扬艰苦奋斗的精神,纠正他们铺张浪费的不当行为,帮助他们树立正确的消费观,养成良好的消费习惯。
After the land reform,the undercurrent of capitalist spontaneous forces in rural society surging,breeds some peasants'capitalist idea of“getting rich”,and some peasants use the surplus grain for commercial speculation,wantonly amassing wealth.In response to the signs of the rise of capitalist ideology in rural society,the Communist Party of China strengthened socialist education for peasants by means of recalling,comparing,and reckoning,so as to eliminate the cancer of capitalism and prevent the development of capitalist forces.In addition,after some peasants joined the cooperative,their idea of individualism and egoism were serious and their collective consciousness was weak.In view of this,the Communist Party of China strengthens the collectivism education of farmers in the process of agricultural cooperation,and overcomes the egoism and the looseness of small producers brought by farmers from the old society.During the period of agricultural co-operation,there were still communal members and some party members and cadres who were extravagant and wasteful,greedy for more and better,extravagant in eating and drinking,and indiscriminate spending.By educating social cadres and members to be diligent and thrifty,the Communist Party of China guides them to carry forward the spirit of hard work,corrects their extravagant and wasteful misconduct,and helps them establish a correct consumption concept and develop good consumption habits.
