融合多个中药学专业课程的综合设计性实验教学案例 被引量:4

摘要 基于PBL和TBL教学方法,对中药学本科生设计以中药化学为切入点,融合中药学专业中药药理学、中药化学、中药药剂学和中药炮制学的综合设计性实验教学案例;将上述实验教学案例进行适当修改,对药学专业本科生设计以天然药物化学为切入点,融合药学专业药理学、药物化学、天然药物化学和药剂学的综合设计性实验教学案例。实验过程分为药材或方剂选择、文献和资料的收集与分析;设计包括药剂的制作,药效物质提取、分离、检识和药理,药效物质的结构修饰(药学)/药材的炮制(中药学)的实验方案;小组和老师批阅实验方案,修改实验方案,实验验证并再次修改、完善实验方案;撰写综述和实验报告并进行答辩。培养学生综合应用、沟通、团队合作、自主学习、创新等多方面能力,通过实验方案设计、答辩、实施与修改、实验报告形成性评价学生实验成绩。 Based on PBL and TBL teaching methods,teaching case of comprehensive designing experiment including Chinese drug pharmacology,Chinese medicine chemistry,Chinese pharmacy and science of Chinese medicinal herbs preparation was designed by using Chinese medicine chemistry as starting point for Chinese pharmacy undergraduates;Teaching case of comprehensive designing experiment including pharmacology,natural medicine chemistry,medicine chemistry and pharmacy was designed by using natural medicine chemistry as starting point for pharmacy undergraduates after above teaching case was modified.The whole experimental process composed of five steps.Firstly,chose medicinal material or prescription;Secondly,collected documentation and information,and wrote review;Thirdly,designed experimental scheme containing manufacture of reagent,structure modification of effective substances or processing of medicinal material,as well as extraction,isolation,inspection and activity evaluation of effective substances;Fourthly,revised,implemented,further revised and perfect experimental scheme after it was read over and given remarks by other group members and teachers;Finally,wrote and replied experimental report.The abilities of students in comprehensive application,communication,teamwork,learner autonomy and innovation were trained.Their experiment achievement were formative evaluated.
