摘要
采用文献研究、问卷研究、统计分析的研究方法,分析G大学2017-2018学年课堂教学学生评教结果。结果表明,在定量评价方面,该校学生对教师授课质量总体评价较高,学生对教师工作非常认可;与全校平均分情况对比,所有开课部门均未发现明显差异,但正高职称教师较高,而初级职称较低。在定性评价方面,较低比例的学生提交评价且文字不多,其中大多数同学们对任课教师给予了褒扬,对部分任课教师在教学上存在的问题提出了意见或建议。本次课堂教学学生评教结果分析工作及其结果为学校评价教学质量,了解教学情况,制定相应政策提供了一定的依据。
Through literature research method,questionnaire method and statistical analysis method,we analyze G university’class teaching and results of Student’s instructional evaluation.On the basis of the finding,several conclusions concerning the results of Student’s instructional evaluation can be drawn.The findings of this study indicated that,for quantitative evaluation,the school has a high overall evaluation on the teaching quality of teachers,and students highly approve of their work;Additionally,compared with the average score of the whole school,no noticeable difference was shown in all the departments of course.However,teachers with higher professional titles are higher.For qualitative evaluation,a small part of the students submit evaluation with little words,and among them most of the students praise teachers.This study can be a reference for schools to evaluating teaching quality,understanding the teaching situation and formulating corresponding policies.
