摘要
商贸物流产业集群发展,有助于加速物流业向高质量发展转型,积极带动其他相关产业聚集和推动经济稳步提升。自福州新区获批以来,政府在政策出台、企业扶持和项目落地建设等多领域大力引导商贸物流集聚发展。结合福州新区商贸物流集聚发展历程,从作业效率、管理绩效、经济效益和政策导向四个方面评估产业集聚效应对相关企业发展的影响,利用模糊综合评价法,讨论促进福州新区商贸物流集聚效应持续发展的关键因素,以此为依据提出发展建议。
The cluster development of trade and logistics industry will help accelerate the transformation of logistics industry to high-quality development,actively drive the gathering of other related industries and promote the steady improvement of economy.Since the approval of Fuzhou New District,the government has vigorously guided the agglomeration development of business logistics in many fields,such as policy introduction,enterprise supporting and project construction.Combined with the process of business logistics agglomeration development in Fuzhou New District,this paper assesses the effect of industrial agglomeration effect from four aspects of operational efficiency,management performance,economic benefits and policy orientation.By using the method of FCE,it discusses the key factors to sustainable development of business logistics agglomeration effect in Fuzhou New District,and propose some development suggestions based on this study.
