摘要
通过网络社交媒体发布或接收各种事务性通知,已成为现代人工作和生活的常态。一方面,通知语言形式的多元化改变了人们对通知的固有思维;另一方面,受网络开放及话语公平等因素影响,其约束力与执行力受到挑战。以通知的理性诉求为出发点,从人际语用学的视角分析社交媒体语境中影响事务性通知执行效率的情感因素及其语用机制,从而为通知话语的理性本质与人们渴望被认可、被尊重的情感需求有效结合提供一定的参考。
Publishing or receiving various transactional notifications through social media has become the norm of modern people’s work and life.Diversified notice form breaks people’s inherent thinking on notice to some extent,but its restraining force and execution are challenged by factors such as network openness and discourse fairness.Based on the rational demand for notification,this paper analyzes the emotional factors and pragmatic mechanisms that affect the execution efficiency of transactional notification in the context of social media from the perspective of interpersonal pragmatics,and try to provide some references for the effective combination of the rational nature of notification discourse and people’s emotional needs of being recognized and respected.
