摘要
针对以往印刷行业中普遍采用的人工点数或者电子磅称重的计数方式的弊端,以单片机为控制核心,利用平板电容极板间距对电容量的影响以及NE555构建振荡电路中电容和频率的对应关系,设计了一种新型的纸张数量计量系统,经测试表明,该系统能够对检测的纸张进行正确计数并实时显示及报警,改善了以往纸张测量技术的弊端,提高了测量速度及精度。
In view of the shortcomings of the manual counting or electronic scale weighing method commonly used in the printing industry in the past,in this paper,a single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core,and a new paper quantity measurement system is designed,by using the influence of the distance between plates on the capacitance and the relationship between capacitance and frequency in the oscillation circuit of NE555.The test shows that this system can count the detected paper correctly,display and alarm in real time,improve the disadvantages of the previous paper measurement technology,and improve the measurement speed and accuracy.
