背包三维激光扫描在城市大比例尺地形图测量中的应用

摘要 针对城市大比例尺地形图测量的区域零散性、测量要素多样性和复杂性的特点,以及机载测量空域难、传统测量效率低的问题,本文梳理并优化了背包三维激光扫描应用于城市大比例尺地形图测量的作业流程;在此基础上对其应用的特点、局限性和适用性进行了分析总结;最后以实际案例为载体进行了试验验证。结果表明,整体作业效率实现了成倍提升;数据精度上,点云平面位置及高程精度均优于6 cm,满足地形图测量相关规范的要求。背包三维激光扫描以其便捷性和高效性的特点,在城市大比例尺地形图测量中具有较高的应用价值和前景。 In view of the characteristics of regional fragmentation and the diversity and complexity of measurement elements in urban large-scale topographic map measurement,in order to overcome the difficulties of airspace for airborne measurement and the low efficiency of traditional measurement,the research,sorting and optimization of the operation process of backpack 3D laser scanning applied to urban large-scale topographic map measurement have been conducted.Based on this,the characteristics,limitations and applicability of its application have been analyzed and summarized.Finally,an experimental verification was conducted using a practical case as a carrier.The results showed that the overall operation efficiency was improved by multiple times,and the data accuracy,point cloud accuracy were better than 6 cm,meeting the requirements of relevant specifications for topographic map measurement.Backpack 3D laser scanning has high application value and prospects in urban large-scale topographic map measurement due to its convenience and efficiency.
