摘要
随着国内大学生人数的不断增加,学生所学专业的新旧交替,学生面临的学业问题逐步出现,这其中有很多原因共同作用导致学生学业不能顺利完成,本文分析了目前学生产生学业问题的原因,阐述了大学辅导员在学生学业帮扶过程中发挥的作用,进而提出学业帮扶的一系列措施和途径,帮助学生顺利完成学业,建立职业规划。
with the increasing number of college students in China,the new and old students study alternately,the students face academic problems gradually appear,which have many reasons together lead to the students can not successfully complete their studies,this paper analyzes the causes of students’academic problems,expounds the role of college counselors in the process of students’academic help,and then puts forward a series of measures and ways to help students to complete their studies smoothly and establish career planning.
