摘要
专业认证背景下,高校会计专业面临如何进行人才培养改革的问题。本文以丽江师专为例,通过对丽江师专会计专业社会人才需求和毕业生的调查和访谈,综合分析了会计专业人才培养的需求和面临的问题。提出了专业认证背景下会计专业建设过程中存在现有课程与社会市场需求匹配程度不足、专业课程特色不足、教学模式单一、实习实训基地建设不足、欠发达地区高校会计专业学生学习效果有待改善的问题。可以通过以学生为中心,市场需求为导向,构建会计专业人才培养模式,进行课程改革,构建以专业认证为核心的新型的课程体系,形成特色化课程体系,构建一批高质量的实习实训基地,学历证书与职业资格证书融合来促进会计专业的建设和发展。
Under the background of professional certification,the accounting major in colleges is facing the problem of how to carry out professional training reform.Taking Lijiang Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the needs and problems of accounting professional training through the investigation and interview of social companies and graduates.In the background of professional certification,there are some problems in the process of accounting major construction,such as the lack of matching degree between the existing courses and the social market demand,the lack of professional course characteristics,the simple teaching mode,the lack of practice and training base construction,and the learning effect of accounting major students in underdeveloped areas need to be improved.We can promote the construction and development of accounting major by taking students as the center and market demand as the guide,constructing the professional training mode of accounting major,carrying out curriculum reform,constructing a new curriculum system with professional certification as the core,forming a characteristic curriculum system,constructing a batch of high-quality practice and training bases,and integrating academic certificate and professional qualification certificate.
