摘要
为了改善能源消费结构,维持生态环境的平衡,我国提出了建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的目标,对能源项目的重视程度也在日益提高。因此,水利工程建设得到了迅猛的发展,在建设的过程中,如何减少施工的整体成本,是水利工作者需要解决的主要问题。
In order to improve the energy consumption structure and maintain the balance of the ecological environment,China has put forward the goal of building a resource-saving and environmentfriendly society,and the importance to energy projects is also increasing.Therefore,the construction of water conservancy projects has been developed rapidly.In the process of construction,how to reduce the overall cost of construction is the main problem that water conservancy workers need to solve.
