摘要
我国工业发展迅速,人民生活水平迈上一个个新台阶,经济建设成就有目共睹,但与此同时,水资源污染、资源匮乏的问题也越来越突出。无论是民众日常生活还是各个领域的工业生产、经济建设,无一不需要利用水资源,用水量的急剧扩大,使得水资源被过度开采,而各种污水、废水的排放致使水体污染更加严峻,为此,在社会积极倡导生态文明理念的背景下,务必重视科学的水资源保护及利用。
China’s industrial development is developing rapidly,people’s living standards have reached a new level,and the achievements in economic construction are obvious to all,but at the same time,the problem of water resources pollution and lack of resources is becoming more and more prominent.Whether people’s daily life or various fields of industrial production,economic construction,all need to use water resources,water consumption sharp expansion,make water resources is excessive exploitation,and all kinds of sewage,wastewater discharge cause water pollution more serious,therefore,under the background of social actively advocate ecological civilization concept,must pay attention to the scientific water resources protection and utilization.
