摘要
在压力铸造中,使用触变成型技术是将镁合金粒屑送入预热的料筒中,料筒中的螺旋杆,通过旋转加热高速注射到模具型腔的过程。本文通过对触变成型技术工作原理的研究与分析,说明了触变成型技术与传统压铸成型技术的优势,使用触变成型技术对压铸产品的质量的提升,结果表明触变成型技术可以有效的用运于精密电子产品、汽车零部件等领域的研发。
In pressure casting,the use of thixomolding technology is the process of feeding magnesium alloy particle into a preheated barrel.The screw rod in the barrel is injected into the mold cavity at a high speed by rotating and heating.Through the research and analysis of the working principle of thixomolding technology,this article explains the advantages of thixomolding technology and traditional die-casting technology.Using thixomolding technology to improve the quality of die-casting products,the results show that thixomolding technology can be effectively used in the research and development of precision electronic products,auto parts and other fields.
