铜精矿中铜的检测方法改进及优化

摘要 铜精矿中铜的检测测定准确度,在一定程度上直接影响了相关工业和企业的发展前景,因此国家制定了相应的标准检测方法。为了实现更高的检测准确度和精密度,本文对铜精矿中铜的测定操作细节进行了科学考察,并将短碘量法与碱熔融-碘量法有机融合,建立了合理的铜精矿中铜的检测实验测试方法。经过实验验证,在最佳实验条件下,即碱熔融温度为850℃时,能够精确测定铜精矿中的铜含量,并对相关共存元素进行验证,获得了相对标准偏差为0.67%、平均偏差为0.02%的测定结果。实验表明,改进及优化的铜精矿中铜的检测方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,为复杂铜原料中铜含量的检测与测定提供了科学的检测思路。 The accuracy of detection and determination of copper in copper concentrate directly affects the development prospect of related industries and enterprises to a certain extent,so the state has formulated the corresponding standard detection methods.In order to achieve higher detection accuracy and precision,the operation details of the determination of copper in copper concentrate were investigated scientifically,and the short iodometric method and alkali melting-iodometric method were organically integrated to establish a reasonable experimental method for the detection of copper in copper concentrate.After experimental verification,under the best experimental conditions,that is,when the alkali melting temperature is 850℃,the content of copper in copper concentrate can be accurately determined,and the relevant coexisting elements are verified.the determination results with relative standard deviation of 0.67%and average deviation of 0.02%were obtained.The experimental results show that the improved and optimized detection method of copper in copper concentrate has high accuracy and precision,which provides a scientific detection idea for the detection and determination of copper in complex copper raw materials.
