摘要
基于能量的隔声测试方法(PBNR)在整车NVH正向开发中具有重要的应用价值,针对该测试方法的前提假设,本文分析讨论了体积声源尺寸、指向性、互易辐射阻抗等对测试结果的影响,以及相应的修正和试验优化方法。最后讨论了PBNR隔声量与部件隔声量之间的关系、控制方法以及在整车NVH开发中的应用评估方法。
PBNR(Power based noise reduction test)is a useful tool in vehicle NVH development.The test method has several assumptions.In this paper,the deficiencies of these assumptions were discussed,such as volume source size,directivity and reciprocal radiation impedance.The revision of test method was also discussed.And the PBNR performance and its application in vehicle NVH development were discussed.
