摘要
为排除测试过程中三元催化器本体对主动吊钩的模态影响并确定主动吊钩固有频率,本文基于LMS Test.Lab 14A软件构建了三元催化器总成主动吊钩模态测试系统,详细介绍了三元催化器总成主动吊钩的模态测试方法。试验增加了被测系统本体一个测试点,通过对比本体与主动吊钩频响函数曲线共振峰的幅值,排除了主动吊钩频响函数曲线中非主动吊钩本身产生的共振峰,然后通过对主动吊钩三个方向上的频响函数曲线分析确定了主动吊钩的固有频率。本文的试验方法也可应用于其它类型三元催化器总成主动吊钩模态测试。
In order to eliminate the influence of the ternary catalytic converter on the modal of the active hook and determine the natural frequency of the active hook in the testing process,this paper constructed the modal Test system of the active hook of the ternary catalytic converter assembly based on LMS test.lab 14 A software,and introduced the modal Test method of the active hook in detail.A test point is added to the system under test.By comparing the resonance peak amplitude of the frequency response function curve between the ontology and the active hook,the resonance peak generated by the non-active hook itself in the frequency response function curve of the active hook is excluded.Then,the natural frequency of the active hook is determined by analyzing the frequency response function curve in three directions of the active hook.The test method in this paper can also be applied to modal test of active hook of other three-way catalytic converter assembly.
