盾构隧道近接下穿铁路路基施工控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 该文依托杭州地铁6号线工程,建立盾构隧道近接下穿铁路路基的有限差分数值模型,对比分析了有无地层加固条件下隧道施工对路基的位移变形影响。主要结论如下:(1)未采用地层加固方案时,盾构隧道下穿施工会使路基面产生沉降,路基边缘产生隆起,沉降值与隆起值分别超过了施工限值261.4%、79.2%;(2)路基面沉降及路基边缘隆起值随着盾构隧道施工增长速率不断增大;(3)先行线的地表沉降明显小于后行线地表沉降;(4)注浆加固及旋喷桩加固对铁路路基沉降具有良好的控制效果,平均沉降减少了91.13%,平均隆起减少了95.73%。 Based on Metro Line 6 of Hangzhou,the finite difference numerical model of shield tunnel adjacent to the railway subgrade is established,and the influence of tunnel construction on displacement and deformation of subgrade is analyzed under or not under stratum reinforcement circumstances.The main conclusions are as follows:1)When the stratum reinforcement scheme is not adopted,the under-through construction of shield tunnel will cause the settlement of subgrade surface and the uplift of subgrade edge.The settlement value and uplift value exceed the construction limit of 261.4%and 79.2%,respectively.2)Subgrade surface settlement and subgrade edge uplift increase with the construction of shield tunnel.3)The ground subsidence of the first line is dramatically smaller than that of the second line.4)Grouting reinforcement and Jet grouting pile reinforcement have good control effect on railway subgrade settlement,with an average settlement reduction of 91.13%and an average uplift reduction of 95.73%.
