摘要
当城市发展到一定阶段,原本属于城市基础设施的交通设施会将城市割裂为互不关联的一个个“孤岛”,与追求城市高品质空间之间会出现越来越大的矛盾。如何将被交通设施所阻隔的城市街区连接起来,也就是交通设施的复合利用,已经成为讨论城市空间进一步发展不可回避的议题。由于涉及土地权属和规划政策,特别是城市管理等因素,交通设施的复合利用议题变得极其复杂.
In contemporary Beijing,many traffic facilities that were originally located on the outskirts of the city are now in highly developed areas,and the contradiction between traffic facilities and urban blocks is particularly intense.From the perspective of postgraduate design course teaching,with the goal of space conception in 2035,discussing this issue is the reason for the"Beyond the Track"course.
