摘要
幸福林带是西安重要的绿化通廊,也是区域发展的核心,要利用城市更新的历史发展契机,对所在区域特点进行研究,提出城市更新策略。该研究结合幸福林带规划设计,提出区域城市更新设计理论及方法。最后指出,幸福林带的更新规划,只有坚持生态化、可持续、立体性的发展体系,区域发展才能永葆活力,不断前进。
The Happiness Forest Belt is an important green corridor in Xi’an and also the core of regional development.By taking advantages of the historical development opportunity of urban renewal,this paper studies the characteristics of the region and proposes strategies for urban renewal.Combined with the planning and design of the Happy Forest Belt,this paper proposes the theory and method of regional urban renewal design,so it can be regarded as a reference in terms of significance.Finally,it is pointed out that only by adhering to the ecological,sustainable,and three-dimensional development system,can the renewal planning of the Happiness Forest Belt maintain its vitality and continuously progress in regional development.
