摘要
总结老年恶性肿瘤病人衰弱与肌少症的评估和诊断方法、衰弱与肌少症之间的相关性、衰弱与肌少症相关指标的关系,以期提高肿瘤医务工作者对衰弱与肌少症的认识,早期识别高风险人群,并为制定个体化术前干预措施提供依据。
To summarize the evaluation and diagnosis methods of frailty and sarcopenia, the correlation between frailty and sarcopenia, and the relationship between frailty and sarcopenia-related indicators in elderly patients with malignant tumors, in order to improve the understanding of medical oncologists on frailty and sarcopenia, identify highrisk groups at an early stage, and to provide a basis for the development of individual preoperative interventions.
