摘要
2019年4月,教育部、财政部发布《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》,两个文件的发布,标志着国家"双高计划"正式启动,高职院校实训室建设作为"双高计划"建设的重要内容,各校都十分重视其规划、建设和管理,而安全管理更是实训室管理的重要一环。特别是近年来高校实训室安全事故频发,且高职院校在实训室的数量和规模方面都十分庞大,仪器设备价值较高,因此实训室安全管理显得尤为重要,也是"双高计划"顺利实施的重要保障。2019年1月教育部、江苏省教育厅相继紧急发布文件,要求进一步加强高校实训室安全检查、自查自纠的工作力度,确保高校实训室安全。面对当前的新形势和新要求,该文就高职院校实训室安全管理模式、路径和措施等做一些探析。
In April,2019,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance issued the Opinions on the Implementation of the High-level Higher Vocational School and the Construction Plan of the Chinese Characteristics.The release of the two documents marked the official start-up of the national"two-high plan"and the construction of the training room of higher vocational colleges as the important content of the"two-high plan"construction.Each school attaches great importance to its planning,construction and management,while safety management is an important part of the management of the training room.in particular,in recent year,that safety and safety management of the physical training room is very important,and the safety management of the practical training room is very important,It is also an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the"Double High Plan".In January 2019,the Ministry of Education of the State and the Department of Education of Jiangsu Province issued documents one after another,demanding further strengthening of the safety inspection of the training rooms in colleges and universities,and the efforts of selfexamination and self-correction to ensure the safety of the training rooms in colleges and universities.Faced with the new situation and new demands,this paper probes into the safety management mode,path and measure of the training room.
