基于蓝墨云班课的混合式教学法教学实践研究——以《饭店品牌文化建设》课程为例

摘要 职业教育信息化高速发展,具体反映到职业院校的变化就是教学方式的改变。文章采用自编课堂满意度调查问卷,选择台州科技职业学院72名学生参与一个学期的酒店管理专业基于蓝墨云班课混合教学的试点,运用SPSS19.0分析表明,台州科技职业学院酒店管理专业的学生在《饭店品牌文化建设》这门课程中,大部分同学持满意的态度,但总体的满意度值还有待提升;同时,男生在课程满意和总体满意度方面略高于女生,且差异显著;而在平台满意度方面二者并无显著差异。 With the rapid development of vocational education informatization, the change of vocational colleges is the change of teaching methods. In this paper, 72 students from Taizhou Polytechnic College of science and technology were selected to participate in a semester of mixed teaching of hotel management courses based on Mosoink,the spss19.0 analysis shows,Students majoring in hotel management at Taizhou Vocational College of Science & Technology are studying the course "Hotel Brand Culture Construction",Most of the students are satisfied,However, the overall satisfaction also needs to be improved;At the same time, boys were slightly higher than girls in terms of curriculum satisfaction and overall satisfaction,There are significant differences;There was no significant difference in platform satisfaction.
