摘要
高中体育教学中,耐力跑是一项十分有益的有氧运动,教师鼓励学生积极参加耐力跑运动,有助于改善学生的心肺功能、促进学生身心健康成长。同时,学生长时间坚持耐力跑,除了可以强身健体外,还有助于帮助学生磨炼意志力。但是,近些年国内高中学校在体育教育教学及测试中发现,部分学生的耐力跑成绩较差,并伴有恐惧心理。因此,该文将针对高中生耐力跑下产生的恐惧心理及解决策略进行研究。
Endurance running is a very beneficial aerobic exercise in high school physical education.Teachers encourage students to take part in endurance running actively,which is helpful to improve their cardiopulmonary function and promote their physical and mental health.At the same time,students’long-term endurance running can not only strengthen their body,but also help them to improve their willpower.However,in recent years,in the physical education teaching and testing in domestic high schools,it is found that some students’endurance running performance is poor,accompanied by fear.Therefore,this paper will focus on the high school students’fear and solution strategies under endurance running.
