摘要
新时代背景下,社会呼唤高素质技术技能型人才,但目前对高职生职业素质方面的培养仍存在一些问题:职业素质全过程培养的理念不足;缺乏职业素质全过程培养的顶层设计;职业素质全过程培养考核评价机制不健全等。高职生职业素质全过程培养的对策:强化全过程育人理念,不断拓展高职生职业素质全过程培养的理念系统;加强顶层设计,构建科学有效的职业素质全过程培养模式;增强育人实效,建立一套完整的职业素质全过程培养考核评价机制等。
Under the background of the new era,the society calls for high-quality technical and skilled talents,but there are still some problems in the cultivation of vocational quality of higher vocational students.The top-level design that lacks the whole process of cultivating professional quality;The whole process of cultivating professional quality evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Countermeasures for the whole process cultivation of vocational quality of vocational college students:strengthen the whole process cultivation concept and constantly expand the whole process cultivation concept system of vocational quality of vocational college students;Strengthen the top-level design,construct the scientific and effective professional quality whole process training mode;Strengthen the effectiveness of education,establish a complete whole process of professional quality training evaluation mechanism.
