摘要
大学生创新性实验是提升医学生课外实验操作技能重要手段,也是将理论知识应用于实验操作中的良好机会。大学生创新性实验项目申请是最关键的一步,需要做好充分准备去完成项目申请书,实验当中详细的实验流程,熟练操作技能和使用过程中的注意事项为实验成功提供理论基础保障,而实验后总结与反思是实验成果的重要部分。此文章以国家级大学生创新性实验项目《活血通络方对输卵管炎模型大鼠免疫炎性因子的影响》(2018126520)为例进行经验探讨。
College students’innovative experiment is an important means to improve medical students’extracurricular experimental operation skill,and also good opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to experimental operation.The application,the detailed experimental process in the experiment,and the summary and reflection after the experiment is an important part of the experimental result.In this paper takes the effect of Huoxue tongluo prescription on immune inflammatory factors in salpingitis model rats(2018126520),a national innovative experimental project of college students as an example for empirical discussion.
