摘要
高职大学生作为未来社会基层人才,是否具备用法意识将对社会和谐产生直接影响。基于此,该文立足于高职大学生法律意识现状,挖掘法律知识储备、法律价值理解与责任意识等方面存在的问题,从社会、学校、学生自身3个角度分析原因,并通过问卷调查对高职大学生用法意识情况展开分析,从法律活动开展、用法氛围营造和法律信仰培养等方面对加强大学生用法意识的实践策略进行了探讨,为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
