摘要
对于现代高中学生来说,无论在毕业后是选择升学还是选择就业,都将成为我国高素质人才的储备力量。因此在现阶段的教育工作中,有必要对高中学生进行职业生涯规划教育,明确个体的职业方向,让学生具备就业能力。有鉴于此,该文首先论述了就业能力的构成要求,然后在分析当前职业生涯规划教育的现状的基础上,探索运用职业生涯规划提升高中学生就业能力的有效措施。
For modern senior high school students, whether they choose to go to higher education or choose employment after graduation, they will become the reserve strength of high-quality talents in our country. Therefore, in the current stage of education, it is necessary to carry out career planning education for senior high school students, make clear the individual career direction, so that students have the ability to obtain employment. In view of this, this paper first discusses the constitution requirements of employability, and then on the basis of analyzing the current status of career planning education, explores the effective measures to improve high school students’ employability by career planning.
