摘要
文章从当地幼儿园现状出发,结合幼儿保育活动、教师专业提升、教师健康心理养成等方面促使幼儿教师养成健康心理,进而提升幼儿园健康的心理氛围。
Based on the current situation of local kindergartens,preschool teachers are encouraged to develop healthy psychology by combining with preschool nursing activities,teachers’professional promotion,teachers’healthy psychology cultivation and other aspects,so as to improve the healthy psychological atmosphere of kindergartens.
