摘要
地方性本科院校与地方经济实现共轨发展,一方面可以提高本科院校的教学质量,提高本科院校的科研能力,另一方面企业可以获得自己需要的人才,解决生产中的一些关键技术问题,二者相互促进共同健康发展。高校应根据地方经济发展状况,充分发挥自己的强势专业,合理调整人才培养模式和培养目标,面向企业员工提供继续教育,同时企业为高校提供必要的资金支持,开展共同培养模式,实现教育和经济的共轨发展。
Absrtact:The development of local undergraduate colleges and local economy can improve the teaching quality of undergraduate colleges and universities,improve the scientific research ability of undergraduate colleges and universities,on the other hand,enterprises can obtain the talents they need.To solve some key technical problems in production and promote healthy development.Colleges and universities should give full play to their strong specialties according to the development of local economy,rationally adjust the talent training mode and training goal,provide continuing education for enterprise employees,At the same time,enterprises provide the necessary financial support for colleges and universities,carry out the co training mode,and realize the common track development of education and economy.
